Every project begins with a consultation by phone, email or in person to discuss your objectives, requirements and scope. A detailed quotation is then provided, setting out the proposed services and associated costs. Once accepted in writing, the quotation forms the basis of the project. If requirements change after acceptance, any resulting changes to the cost will be discussed and agreed in advance.

CORPORATE VIDEO PRODUCTION PRICING

Video production is charged at £175 for the first hour, then £75 per hour thereafter. This rate covers the complete production time, including filming and post-production. For the calculator below, editing is estimated at roughly four hours for every hour of filming, giving an indication of the cost of a finished, professionally edited video rather than simply the time spent on site.

This approach works particularly well for projects where the scope or amount of editing is not fully fixed from the outset. A fixed project fee is also available where the brief and deliverables are clearly defined.

Photography & podcasts: set prices

Photography and podcast production are priced using set packages rather than hourly rates. Each package covers a defined amount of coverage or production, with the price agreed upfront so the cost is clear from the start. The calculators below show the packages and prices currently available.

For businesses with ongoing content needs rather than a single project, retained support offers continuous access with priority scheduling and preferential rates compared to booking each piece of work separately. It suits organisations and teams that need regular updates, social content or a steady series of productions, and keeps a brand’s media presence consistent over time rather than reactive.
