The relationship
The NHS relationship began during the coronavirus pandemic, when video became essential for spreading critical healthcare information quickly. That urgent, early work has since grown into one of the most consistent client relationships, spanning public health, maternity services, diabetes education and recruitment.
Each new project demands clinical accuracy and clear healthcare communication, where getting the tone or the facts wrong carries real consequences.
Every piece of content needs to work for diverse NHS audiences: patients, families, staff – and the wider public, often during periods of real anxiety or uncertainty.

How we work together
he partnership covers video production for public health guidance, patient information and staff recruitment, with each new brief building on the same clinical sign-off process and the same priority: accuracy first, never compromised for speed or visual polish (but the final videos do always look visually appealing to watch on). Recent work includes:
- Public health information films, produced at speed during the coronavirus pandemic
- A new NHS 111 appointment system explained clearly, so people know where to turn for urgent care
- Maternity and Neonatal Voices Partnership videos, giving real families a voice
- A suite of diabetes education films across four separate support courses
- Recruitment films marking the International Year of the Nurse and Midwife
Each project asks for something different: urgency, warmth, clinical precision, and the work adapts to whichever the brief calls for.
Where things stand
The NHS is a regular client because the work produced consistently delivers what is needed and exceeds expectations. That track record matters most in healthcare communication, where the tone and the facts both have to be right, and it is the reason a single commission during the pandemic turned into an ongoing partnership rather than a one-off booking.
